Who we are
TSight OS ("TSight", "we", "us") is a transportation management platform operated by The T&S Logistics Group, LLC. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the TSight web and mobile applications, our customer portals, and related email, SMS, and tracking features.
For information you enter about your own customers and shipments, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor. For account, billing, and product-usage data, we are the controller.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, work email, phone, company, role, workspace membership, and authentication records.
- Operational data you enter or import: loads, quotes, stops, rates, documents, invoices, carrier and customer records, notes, and contact details.
- Tracking data: check calls, ETAs, and — where a driver explicitly grants permission through a tracking link — location points for the duration of an assigned trip.
- Communications: emails and SMS messages sent or received through the platform, plus delivery and consent records.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, timestamps, security event logs, and product usage counters.
We do not collect bank account or routing numbers, and we do not store payment card numbers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and support the platform.
- Execute the freight workflows you request: quoting, dispatch, tracking, documents, invoicing, and notifications.
- Authenticate users and prevent abuse or fraud.
- Measure usage for billing, capacity planning, and product improvement.
- Meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your operational data to train third-party AI models for their own purposes.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (running your workspace), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), consent (SMS enrollment and driver location sharing, each revocable at any time), and legal obligation (retention of transport and financial records).
Service providers
We share information only as needed with vetted providers that host and operate the platform, including our cloud database and authentication host, email and SMS delivery providers, mapping and weather providers, document storage, and — where your workspace enables them — connected services such as your own CRM, tracking, or accounting tools. Each is bound by contract to use the data only to provide their service to us.
International transfers
Our infrastructure is operated primarily in the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We retain workspace data for as long as the account is active, and afterwards for up to 90 days to allow recovery, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Certain transport, invoicing, and consent records are kept longer where the law requires it. Driver location points are retained only for the life of the trip record.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and — under the CCPA/CPRA — to know what we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.
To exercise a right, email privacy@tsightos.io. We respond within 30 days (45 days under the CCPA, extendable where permitted). If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Security
Access to workspace data is isolated per workspace and enforced at the database level. We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage, least-privilege service credentials, audit logging, and multi-factor authentication for user accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our controls regularly and notify affected customers of any breach as required by law.
SMS and tracking
Our SMS trip-tracking program has its own notices: SMS Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. Mobile information collected for that program is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Changes
We will post any update here and revise the date above. Material changes will be announced in the application or by email.
