SMS Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy describes how T&S Logistics Group, LLC handles information collected through the TSight.OS trip-tracking SMS program (the "Program"). Participation in the SMS program is optional and is not a condition of receiving any TSight.OS service.

What we collect

• Your mobile phone number, name, and carrier/company name.
• The date, time, IP address, and user agent of your opt-in submission (audit record of consent).
• Your inbound SMS replies (e.g. START, YES, STOP, HELP) and message metadata such as timestamp and message ID.
• When you tap a tracking link and grant location access in your browser, periodic GPS coordinates for the duration of the assigned trip. Location collection stops automatically when the trip is closed, when the tracking link expires, or when you opt out.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to coordinate the trip you have been assigned: deliver tracking links, provide location updates to the dispatcher and customer for that load, recompute ETAs, and maintain a consent audit trail for the SMS program.

How we share it

Tracking data for a trip is visible to the dispatch team that booked the load and to the customer (shipper) for that load via short-lived share links. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your information.

Service providers (subprocessors)

• Twilio — SMS delivery.
• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Cloudflare — application hosting and CDN.

These providers process data on our behalf under contract and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Retention

Phone numbers and consent records are retained as long as the SMS program is active or as required by law. Inbound SMS audit logs are retained for 24 months. Position pings are retained for up to 24 months for dispute resolution and analytics, then deleted or aggregated.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from this Program. Your number will be marked opted-out immediately and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in later, text START.
