SMS Terms of Service

Program description

T&S Logistics Group, LLC ("we", the "Company") operates the TSight.OS trip-tracking SMS program (the "Program"). We send SMS messages to truck drivers and dispatch contacts who have consented through tsightos.io/sms-opt-in or by replying YES/START to an assignment-specific request from our dispatch number, in order to deliver a one-tap location-sharing link and related trip status updates for the loads they are operating.

The Program is transactional and operational only. We will never send marketing or promotional messages through this Program.

Consent is not a condition of service

Agreeing to receive SMS from the TSight.OS trip-tracking Program is entirely optional. You are not required to opt in to receive dispatch assignments, tracking links, payment, or any other service from T&S Logistics Group, LLC. Drivers who do not opt in will be sent tracking links by email or another non-SMS channel and will not lose access to any service, load, or benefit.

How to opt in

• Web form: tsightos.io/sms-opt-in — enter your name, mobile number, and carrier, then actively check the unchecked consent box. The checkbox is never pre-checked.
• Keyword: text START, YES, TRACK, or SUBSCRIBE to (336) 753-2668.

Sample messages

• Opt-in confirmation: “TSight.OS: You’re opted in for trip-tracking SMS. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
• Tracking link: “TSight.OS: Tap to share location for load ABC-123: https://www.tsightos.io/track/xxxxx Link expires in 14 days. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
• Trip status: “TSight.OS: Load ABC-123 pickup confirmed at Charlotte, NC. ETA to Atlanta, GA 4:15 PM ET. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on assignments. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per active trip and zero messages on days you are not assigned a load.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to get help

Reply HELP or INFO to any message from this Program, or email support@tsightos.io.

How to opt out

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from this Program. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in later, text START.

No third-party sharing for marketing

No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to service providers that help operate the Program (e.g. our SMS gateway and database host).

Eligibility

The Program is intended for U.S.-based drivers and dispatch contacts age 18 or older who are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number used to opt in.
